As a seasoned audit professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence within our client services team by managing a diverse portfolio of clients and fostering collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

Role Overview:
  • Oversee a comprehensive portfolio encompassing owner-managed enterprises and subsidiaries of multinational corporations, providing expert guidance and support to ensure seamless audit and compliance processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, taking ownership of delivering top-notch audit and compliance services that meet and exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Partner to achieve prescribed fee targets for the designated portfolio, driving growth and revenue through strategic planning and execution.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the audit department's operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • ACCA, ACA, or CPA certification, demonstrating expertise in accounting and audit principles.
  • A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in a professional practice, with a proven track record of success in audit and compliance.
  • Profound technical knowledge and exceptional communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and solution development, driving innovation and improvement within the audit department.
