Tax Senior Position

We are seeking a seasoned Tax professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will deliver high-quality accounting services to clients and work closely with the team to achieve excellence.


Responsibilities:
  • Review and prepare work assignments for junior staff.
  • Liaise with clients on tax issues, providing expert advice.
  • Deal with restructuring and retirement planning.
  • Research and resolve technical issues throughout the compliance process.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant tax sector changes.
  • Liaise with senior colleagues, managers, and other professionals.
  • Assist colleagues with tax queries related to mutual clients.
  • Develop expertise in Tax, Corporation Tax, Payroll Advice, and Revenue Audit.
  • Act as a key member on tax advisory and tax planning projects.
  • Assist with consultancy assignments in all areas of tax, including Corporation Tax, Income Tax, CGT, CAT, and VAT.
  • Prepare consultancy assignment reports.
  • Liaise with Revenue on clients' behalf and assist with Revenue queries.
  • Manage and develop more junior staff.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of general tax/accounting practice experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Accounting and Tax Standards.
  • Currently working as a senior in a practice/tax consultancy environment.
  • CTA Qualified/Part Qualified is desirable.
