Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Engineering Manager to join our Energy, Utilities and Renewables Projects team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, business development, and leading a team of engineers in delivering high-value projects.

The role involves:

  • Client Relationship Management and Business Development: Maintaining and growing the business by managing existing workloads and winning new projects.
  • Leading a team of engineers with responsibility for delivering projects, managing performance, and developing competency.
  • Project lead for Design & Contract management from conceptual phase through to project completion.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An engineering degree (Level 8 or higher) in Mechanical, Process, or a similar discipline relevant to the specification.
  • 10+ years post-graduate and relevant design experience. CEng would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • A full driving license and own transport required.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
