Job Title: Senior Project Management Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Management Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed to the highest standard and meet the needs of our stakeholders. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing project management methodologies, processes, and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies, processes, and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organisation;
  • Provide guidance and support to project team members, including training and development opportunities to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality results;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including project status updates, financial reports, and risk management documentation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised Project Management qualification, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2;
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong track record of delivery;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project team members;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks;
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
