Job Title

The role of a Senior Vehicle Operations Manager entails overseeing the efficient deployment and maintenance of vehicles within our fleet, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing downtime. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating all field vehicle tasks to maximize fleet condition and uptime.
  2. Developing and implementing procedures to optimize operations using lean principles.
  3. Supervising the upkeep, maintenance, repair, and cleanliness of technical areas.
  4. Ensuring top-level security for company assets and fleet.
  5. Handling on-site Health & Safety protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in automotive or related fields.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Previous management experience is highly desirable.
