Care Management Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to oversee the growth and management of a team of motivated, compassionate carers.

As the successful candidate, you will be highly motivated to provide high-quality care to vulnerable people. You will work closely with our support centre to ensure efficient and effective management of carer on-boarding, carer rosters, carer training/development and overall carer welfare.

  • Ensure efficient and effective management of carer on-boarding, carer rosters, carer training/development and overall carer welfare.
  • Deliver 20-hour Carer Induction Training to prepare carers in advance of providing care to all clients in their assigned area.
  • Monitor daily activities using One Touch Care Management software, ensuring safeguarding and compliance at every level.
  • Communicate closely with the support office regarding scheduling runs, client care and HSE communication.
  • Identify, monitor and manage training needs within your team by implementing a career development path in line with Platinum Homecare HR strategy.
  • Conduct Client Quality Assurance reviews in line with Platinum Homecare and HSE Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of carers to deliver high-quality care services.
  • Carer On-boarding: Manage the recruitment, training and on-boarding of new carers.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for carers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to ensure that care services meet the required standards.
