Key Responsibilities:- Support daily operations of Quality programs
- Drive continuous improvement through Quality initiatives
- Collaborate with other teams as a Quality representative
As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will provide daily support for Quality programs, design and oversee deep-dive projects, execute Quality Initiatives, and participate in global calibration sessions. To succeed, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly-developed analytical and critical-thinking skills, and the ability to spot trends in data and recommend actions to drive performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 2-4 years of Customer Experience management experience
- Experience working in a QA Specialist or related role
- Working knowledge of contact center end-to-end processes
