Job Title: Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Expert to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing defects throughout the software development life cycle, executing tests at both functional and non-functional levels, and collaborating with product and project teams to create and maintain detailed test plans.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant QA experience, strong knowledge of software testing techniques and processes, including test case development and execution, and hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium and Robot Framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage defects throughout the SDLC by executing tests at both functional and non-functional levels across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with product and project teams to create and maintain detailed test plans.
  • Ensure quality standards and processes are adhered to, executed consistently, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of testing processes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant QA experience with a strong understanding of software testing techniques and processes, including test case development and execution.
  • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks, e.g., Selenium.
  • Ability to automate functional UI and API tests.
  • Experience using test management tools, i.e., GitLab, JIRA (Xray), ALM.
