We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized care and attention to guests, exceeding expectations.
- Manage customer interactions, including inquiries and bookings, with professionalism and courtesy.
- Ensure the spa facility remains safe, well-maintained, and hygienic at all times.
- Offer expert advice on beauty products and brands available onsite.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- An ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO qualification, or equivalent credential in body and beauty therapy and massage.
- Prior experience working in a hotel spa, preferably in a five-star hotel.
- A friendly and outgoing personality, with enthusiasm and flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends.
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle busy situations effectively.
