We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Healthcare Services Coordinator. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing expert medical care and advice to customers.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to provide accurate information on all product ranges available in the pharmacy.

In addition to customer service, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the standard of category management and merchandising within the pharmacy, as directed by the Managing Pharmacist and in line with company standards. This includes:

  • Maintaining good stock control, including rotation of stock, maintaining appropriate stock levels, using correct suppliers, and ensuring that delivery details are correct.
  • Providing product information and advice to customers across all product ranges in the pharmacy, consulting with the Managing Pharmacist as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • 1 year's experience in Pharmacy/Retail/Hospitality
  • Cashier experience an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to use discretion when addressing customer queries and to treat customer/patient information confidentially
  • Good attention to detail essential
  • Organized with a proven ability to multi-task successfully under pressure
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills an advantage
