Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Carry out home assessments and risk evaluations to determine the level of care required by service users.
  • Collaborate with service users, families and healthcare assistants to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Administer records and reports using the in-house management system.
  • Attend meetings to discuss policy adherence and best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • MUST BE QUALIFIED NURSE WITH ACTIVE REGISTRATION - ESSENTIAL
  • Previous experience as a supervisor or leader in a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and other relevant software.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
