Lead Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Lead Care Professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment, overseeing accurate supervision records, participating in care activities, and employing best practice approaches in client care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct risk assessments to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive supervision records.
  • Support and supervise carers to deliver high-quality client care.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
  • QQI/FETAC Level 5 Major award for Healthcare (Level 6 advantageous but not essential).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Healthcare Assistant.
  • Prior supervisory experience, preferably in home care settings, is highly desirable.
  • A valid full clean driver's license and access to a vehicle are mandatory.
