Key Laboratory Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Key Laboratory Technician to join our team. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the execution and delivery of our business objectives.

 

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and a logical approach to problem-solving. Strong technical writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also essential. A background in chromatographic separations and experience with UPLC/HPLC and Empower software would be highly beneficial.

 

This role involves reviewing analytical data and documentation to ensure compliance with specifications and protocols. You will also participate in validation and commercial/developmental manufacturing activities and troubleshoot standard instrumentation/test methods.

 

As a Key Laboratory Technician, you will work closely with our team to achieve our goals. Your ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders will be critical in driving our success.

### Job Description

 

**Job duties:**

  • Supports testing of finished product across a variety of techniques for the solid oral dosage, sterile and biologic product portfolio.
  • Review of analytical data and documentation to ensure compliance to appropriate specifications and protocols.
  • Supports reviews and investigations for out-of-trends/out–of specifications.
  • Participates in validation and commercial/developmental manufacturing activities.
  • Troubleshoots standard instrumentation/test methods.
  • Coordinates waste management, LEAN/Operational excellence and 5S efforts as required.
  • Participate in QC and cross-functional projects as required.
  • Assists in the training of QC staff.
