We are seeking a senior leadership professional to fill the role of Count Manager. As part of our team, you will be responsible for leading teams of up to 45 people to deliver stocktakes for our retail customers.

Our company partners with top Irish retailers including Tesco, Dunne's, Supervalu, Dealz and Arnott's. While you may not have heard of us before, you will definitely have shopped with our customers.

As a Count Manager, you will share our passion for delivering outstanding service to our customers and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data we deliver to them. Our dedicated training program will give you all the knowledge you need to operate our systems and will empower you to manage our teams effectively.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
  • A flexible approach to working including the ability to work shifts at a variety of times and locations
  • Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders including senior managers
What You Will Get
  • The opportunity to earn up to €16.80 (with further additional night shift rate for certain customer events)
  • Starting hourly rate €14.80
  • Up to €2 per hour bonus for hitting targets
  • Additional payments for travel events
  • Up to 28 days paid holiday per year

  • Guaranteed hours contract for minimum 25 hours per week, dependant on availability
