Early Years Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a quality-driven approach to Early Years Education, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and meet the individual needs of children using an age-appropriate approach
  • Support child-led learning, inquiry-based exploration, and promote and extend the child's interests in the world around them
  • Knowledge of the Aistear / Siolta Curriculum Framework and its recent changes
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in both spoken and written English
Requirements:
  • Qualified with a Full Fetac Level 5 childcare qualification from a recognized body
  • At least 1 year's experience, with Fetac 6/7 or 8 preferred
  • A degree in Early Years Education would be advantageous
