Job Overview

As a skilled analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy of business information. This entails reviewing maps data to assess its alignment with client policies.

Through regular interactions with businesses via phone calls, you will verify their information and update client platforms accordingly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Review and Verification: Conduct thorough assessments of maps data to guarantee its accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
  • Business Engagement: Engage in professional dialogue with businesses to clarify any discrepancies or inaccuracies in their information.
  • Platform Updates: Ensure timely updates to client platforms with verified information, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Demonstrate a minimum B2/C1 level of proficiency in both English and Flemish languages.
  • Communication Skills: Showcase good written and oral communication skills, with the capacity to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Judgment and Multi-Tasking: Display the ability to apply sound judgment and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
