Reperio has partnered with an established fintech company that's seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the integration of digital banking and card issuing platforms. In this role, you'll work closely with product and technical teams to define requirements, document features, and support delivery in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support development and deliveryAnalyse user journeys, system integrations, and business processesMaintain up-to-date documentation of features and APIsParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements:

5+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role within software or fintechStrong understanding of Agile methodologiesExperience with APIs, microservices, and digital platformsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsBackground in banking or financial services is a plus
