Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Dublin (Hybrid - 2 days onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

An established fintech company is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the integration of digital banking and card issuing platforms. This role involves working closely with product and technical teams to define requirements, document features, and support delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support development and delivery

Analyse user journeys, system integrations, and business processes

Maintain up-to-date documentation of features and APIs

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements:

5+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role within software or fintech

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies

Experience with APIs, microservices, and digital platforms

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Background in banking or financial services is a plus
