Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operative to join our busy logistics operation.
About the Role:The successful candidate will play a key role in receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. You will be responsible for maintaining an efficient, safe, and orderly warehouse that meets GDPR standards.
You will operate a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) forklift daily (License required) and manage inbound/outbound goods with accurate scanning and documentation. You will also load/unload trailers and prepare orders for dispatch.
Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety protocols is essential. You will conduct pre-shift equipment checks, maintain clear aisles, wear PPE, and follow safe handling protocols.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate forklifts (VNA license required)
- Scan and log goods using warehouse management systems
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and order assembly
- Keep warehouse and loading areas safe and organized
- Assist with route loading and general warehouse tasks
We are looking for someone with a VNA license (for day shift applicants), previous warehouse experience with inventory systems, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic. Good communication skills in English are essential.
A valid driving license and reliable attendance are also required. Desirable qualifications include experience with GDP standards, background in a fast-paced warehouse environment, familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
