About Pharmacy Technicians

We are looking for a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacy team in Wicklow. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the Pharmacist to accurately prepare prescriptions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer care, responding promptly to customer queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Assist the Pharmacist in preparing prescriptions, verifying customer information, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with PSI regulations and guidelines on good practices for relevant services, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Maintain inventory levels by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing orders, verifying receipt, removing outdated stock, and keeping team members informed about shortages.

Key Qualifications:

  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering results in a community-based environment.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Pharmacy Technician, with a solid understanding of pharmacy regulations and procedures.
