The Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for leading a dynamic team within our operations. The role involves supervising, mentoring, and developing team members while ensuring operational excellence, compliance with regulatory standards, and continuous improvement.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    ">
    • Lead, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve daily and long-term objectives.
    • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure professional growth and operational effectiveness.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement within the team.

  • Operational Oversight:

    ">
    • Oversee daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within quality standards.
    • Ensure production schedules and deadlines are met.
    • Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to assess resource allocation and identify potential bottlenecks.

  • Compliance & Quality Assurance:

    ">
    • Ensure that all operations are in compliance with industry regulations.
    • Maintain high standards for product quality, safety, and regulatory adherence.
    • Implement and monitor corrective actions when required.

  • Process Improvement:

    ">
    • Identify and implement process optimizations to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
    • Drive the adoption of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices.
    • Support initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and other teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
    • Work closely with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives and meet business goals.

  • Reporting & Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of production metrics, team performance, and operational challenges.
    • Prepare and present regular reports for senior management on progress, challenges, and team achievements.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education:

    ">
    • Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Quality Management are highly desirable.

  • Experience:

    ">
    • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a leadership role within the MedTech, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry.
    • Proven track record in team leadership, operations management, or production in a regulated environment.
    • Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, CE Marking, and other industry-specific standards.

  • Technical Skills:

    ">
    • Strong understanding of MedTech products and manufacturing processes.
    • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality control, and assurance practices in the MedTech industry.
    • Proficient in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics).

  • Leadership & Management Skills:

    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience with mentoring and developing team members.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
