Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Social Care Worker in Children's Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing holistic support with day-to-day living for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or associated mental health needs.

Key responsibilities include assisting service users with personal care, ensuring their human rights are respected, maintaining a safe environment, and promoting independence through new opportunities and skill development.

Requirements:

  • Third Level Qualification or equivalent in Social Care or a related discipline
