Culinary Specialist

Job Description:
As a relief chef, you will be working as part of a team to prepare and serve meals in hospitals across Ireland. You will have the opportunity to work in various kitchen settings and contribute to the success of our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Assist in the preparation of modified diets for patients

Requirements:
• Qualification in Professional Cookery or Culinary Arts
• Previous experience working as a chef in high-volume environments or production kitchens
• Manual Handling & HACCP Level 2 training (can be supplied at registration)
• Visa or GNIB (if applicable)
