Site Self-Inspection Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead site self-inspections and ensure GMP compliance and inspection readiness at our manufacturing site. This role is critical in maintaining the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead self-inspections and conduct facility walk-throughs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage the self-inspection program, including scheduling, CAPAs, training, and supporting regulatory inspection readiness.
  • Participate in global audits and audit third-party suppliers to ensure they meet our quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a key link between Site Leadership and Global Operations Auditing, providing regular updates and recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading site self-inspections and ensuring GMP compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
