The role of Site Quality Leader is critical in ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained across all aspects of site operations.

Job Description:

This position will oversee the implementation and management of a comprehensive quality management system, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading self-inspections and facility walk-throughs to ensure GMP compliance and inspection readiness.
  • Managing the self-inspection program, including scheduling, CAPAs, and training.
  • Supporting regulatory inspection readiness and participating in global audits.
  • Auditing third-party suppliers to ensure their quality systems meet Viatris standards.

Additionally, this role will involve collaboration with site leadership and global functions to drive quality improvements and address any areas of concern.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 10+ years' experience in GXP environments, including Quality Assurance.
  • Strong understanding of cGMP and global regulatory requirements (FDA, WHO, EMA, ICH, ISO 9001).
  • Proven leadership, accountability, and strong organizational skills.
  • Deep knowledge of quality systems and ability to apply global GMP standards to improve site systems and processes.
  • Skilled in negotiation and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
