Leadership and Team Management:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in hotel sales and marketing (3-5 years preferred).

  • Proficiency in hotel software and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
