Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our Software Engineering team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex software systems and ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and experience in leading technical teams. You will be responsible for defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation, as well as overseeing the development process from planning to deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams of software developers to deliver high-quality software products
  • Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Oversee the development process from planning to deployment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on leadership and technical expertise
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications

It would be beneficial if you had:

  • Familiarity with AWS and cloud-based technologies
  • Experience with front-end development using Angular or similar frameworks
