Test Engineer Job Opportunity

  • Conduct packaging testing and analyze results against set criteria to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain secure storage of samples, adhering to all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in packaging testing (vibration, compression, temperature control etc.) is highly advantageous.
  • Testing and validation skills: ability to conduct thorough analyses and draw meaningful conclusions from test results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear objectives and select appropriate testing methods.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities, with a focus on mathematical ratios, proportions, and algebraic concepts.
  • Proven experience in regulated environments, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with common desktop applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions in dynamic creative environments.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on team-based approaches.
  • Demonstrated interest in packaging innovations and materials science.
Requirements:

  • Degree in Packaging, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, or an applicable technical field.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a highly regulated industry, preferably in a leadership or technical role.
  • Strong testing design and packaging skills.
