**Job Description**

The Team Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the Facilities Management department at Savills Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and proactive individual to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with organizing facilities-related documents, contracts, and maintenance records.
  2. Support the preparation of reports and templates for the FM department.
  3. Take accurate minutes during monthly management meetings.
  4. Contribute to the administration of properties and staff across the managed portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
