Leading a high-profile multi-storey apartment development in County Dublin requires a skilled and experienced project lead to deliver the project to the highest standards.

This residential project presents significant architectural and logistical challenges ideal for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in delivering large-scale residential builds.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring programme, quality, safety, and cost objectives are met, while maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders.

  • Coordinate all on-site construction activities from groundworks to handover.
  • Manage subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers to ensure works are delivered efficiently and to specification.
  • Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and enforce strict site safety standards.
  • Monitor and report on progress, quality, costs, and timelines.
  • Liaise with the project team, design professionals, and client representatives to address issues and implement solutions.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and ensure timely communication and documentation of site activity.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a site manager or similar role, ideally with exposure to large-scale residential or apartment developments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex urban construction sites from start to finish.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent understanding of current building regulations, health & safety legislation, and best practices.
  • Experience working in a live city environment and managing logistics in tight urban sites.
