Seeking a skilled Site Engineer to lead the delivery of medium-sized residential and commercial construction projects.

About the Role

As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. You will set out, level, and survey sites while collaborating with project managers to guarantee technical compliance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting out and leveling sites for construction purposes.
  • Overseeing site operations to ensure timely completion in line with design specifications.
  • Managing site materials and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Coordinating with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical queries.
  • Monitoring health and safety standards on-site.
  • Preparing detailed site reports and tracking progress.
Requirements

A degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably within residential or mixed-use development projects. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in surveying equipment and CAD software. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of current health and safety regulations.
