Temporary Finance Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our finance team on a temporary basis. This individual contributor role is focused on day-to-day AP operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments in line with company policies and local regulations.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth invoice processing, payments, and reporting. They will manage the invoice inbox, daily queries, and review and verify invoices, ensuring correct coding, approvals, and compliance with tax requirements.
- Process and settle invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve queries and disputes.
- Support weekly payment runs and bank reconciliations.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
