Job Title: Digital Solution Delivery Manager

About the Role:
  • Lead the conception, development, and deployment of digital solutions across Supply Planning and Launch Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies like AI and automation
  • Foster solution ideation and architecture with enterprise standards in mind
  • Manage matrixed teams including developers, analysts, and testers
  • Oversee development backlogs, sprint planning, and delivery pipelines (CI/CD)
  • Supervise testing, deployment, and post-launch support
  • Maintain documentation and ensure system integrity
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field required with four years of experience in IT solution delivery
  • OR Master's degree with two years of relevant experience
  • OR Associate's degree with eight years of relevant experience
  • OR Ph.D. with 0+ years of experience
  • OR 10 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent
