Job Title: Site Engineering Expert

A career as a Senior Site Engineer offers the opportunity to oversee and manage the technical aspects of residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in civil engineering, strong communication skills, IT proficiency, and excellent professional prospects.

Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Supervision: Manage setting out activities for multi-storey apartment blocks & associated roads and services.
  2. Administrative Support: Take measurements, conduct surveys, and keep records of works carried out by subcontractors.
  3. Materials Coordination: Liaise with the Site Manager and Purchasing Manager to ensure correct specification, quality, and quantity of materials are available on-site as needed.
  4. Operational Management: Assist Site Management in monitoring and managing site operatives, both direct and subcontracted personnel.
  5. Quality Assurance: Coordinate quality control plans at various stages throughout the project.
  6. Health and Safety: Assist in the induction of site operatives, help carry out H&S audits, monitor adherence to PPE requirements, and manage health and safety obligations.
