Job Title: Software Reliability Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled software reliability expert to enhance our Site Reliability Engineering team.

This role involves engaging in and improving the entire lifecycle of services, from inception and design through deployment, operation, and refinement.

The successful candidate will support services before launch by conducting system design consulting, developing software platforms and frameworks, capacity planning, and launch reviews.

Post-launch, they will maintain systems by monitoring availability, latency, and overall health, as well as scale them sustainably through automation and evolve systems for improved reliability and velocity.

Key qualifications include 5+ years of experience with software development, 3+ years in designing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems, and 2+ years leading projects and providing technical leadership.

Desired skills include expertise in designing and analyzing large-scale systems, debugging and optimizing code, automating routine tasks, and systematic problem-solving coupled with effective verbal and written communication skills.
