- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors to inform business strategy.
- Collaborate with the design team on trends and product development to create innovative products.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
- Significant experience in fast-paced Buying environments with excellent negotiation skills.
- Passion for product development and innovation.
- Skillful negotiation techniques, organisational, and influencing skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
