Senior Tax Leader
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Tax Leader to join our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional to take on a leadership role within our client's tax team.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for leading the tax team, providing guidance and support to junior members and contributing to the development of the team.
- You will play a key role in shaping the firm's position on technical tax points and advising clients on complex tax matters.
- You will have responsibility for supervising and mentoring junior team members, ensuring they receive the necessary training and education to excel in their roles.
- You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement tax strategies that align with the firm's goals and objectives.
- You will be involved in high-level client work, including corporate, M&A, securitisation, finance, real estate and disputes.
Requirements:
- 6+ years relevant post-qualification experience (Accountancy ACA/ACCA/CTA)
- Excellent technical knowledge of tax law and regulations
- Strong advisory and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, project management and time management skills
- Positive attitude, ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commercial awareness
- Mentoring skills
