Corporate Tax Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to take on a key role in managing corporation tax advisory and compliance services for a portfolio of clients.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively with clients to deliver high-quality commercial tax advice.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, leading the delivery of high-quality commercial tax advice, and advising on business structures, expansions, financings, and refinancings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients and leading the delivery of high-quality commercial tax advice
  • Advising on business structures, expansions, financings, and refinancings
  • Managing tax controversy, dispute resolution, and other aspects of tax authority enquiries
  • Advising on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions from due diligence, acquisition structuring, and post-acquisition business integration
  • Preparing clients for new tax developments and helping client teams to restructure and evolve to meet tax challenges of the future
  • Managing the delivery of corporate tax returns and advising on related planning opportunities
