Job Title: Corporate Tax Planning Specialist

  • Corporate Tax planning, tax structuring/restructuring
Job Description:

The role involves corporate tax planning for a mix of clients including international and indigenous businesses. It includes advising on tax structuring and restructuring, and reviewing client base to identify tax planning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project manage tax planning assignments to ensure timely delivery.
  2. Work closely with partners to develop strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  3. Develop and implement effective tax strategies for clients.
  4. Manage a team of high quality tax professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualified AITI (and/or ACCA/ACA qualified) and minimum of 2 years PQE tax experience. Ideally you will have a good level of Corporate Tax planning experience.
