Mainframe Performance Specialist

Drive technology innovation and lead high-performing teams within the Enterprise Technology division.

This strategic role reports directly to the Head of Mainframe, Tandem and Midrange function, overseeing the effective management of the platform's multi-million cost base.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless execution of daily application performance and optimize use of technology resources.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive capacity plan with accurate projections, informing architectural decisions and new product procurements.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to prevent or resolve performance-related service incidents.

To succeed in this position, you will require a minimum of 10 years' experience in the field, with expertise in Mainframe and/or Tandem platforms. Additionally, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration experience across diverse technical teams and third-party suppliers.
