Advanced Cancer Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our team in the Oncology department.
Key Responsibilities:- To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
- To assess, diagnose, and treat patients with cancer, utilizing your advanced clinical skills and knowledge.
- To develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
- Registration with the General Division of the NMBI register with a current NMBI PIN.
- Minimum of 5 years' post-registration experience in an acute care setting.
- Recognised qualification or relevant experience in the Oncology specialty.
- Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) in Oncology.
- At least 3 years of experience in a management role.
- Completion of a formal management training programme.
- Demonstrated clinical and professional competence.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in relevant applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a proactive approach.
- Proven ability to manage effectively under pressure.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with staff across all levels.
