As a Legal Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
This role involves processing daily transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and handling bank payments.
You will also perform bank reconciliations, conduct daily and monthly routines, and manage revenue returns.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Process daily transactions, including payments and receipts
- Ensure full compliance with accounting regulations and standards
- Handle all bank payments and transfers
- Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis
- Conduct daily and monthly routines to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Manage revenue returns, including VAT, PAYE/PRSI, and Stamp Duty
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in small practices or similar environments
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of Lex
- Legal accounts experience is preferred but not required
