Site Management Position

We are seeking a seasoned site manager to oversee our residential project in Mullingar.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of the project, including risks, contracts, operations, and communications.
  • Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of a large-scale site.
  • Review high-level deliverables across site.
  • Implement quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology.
  • Manage project scope and mitigate risk across projects.
  • Attend Health and Safety meetings with site team and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policy and procedures.
  • Coordinate performance and budgets effectively.
  • Manage direct labour workforce and sub-contractors.
  • Work with site management team to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Higher Diploma/HETAC qualification (or relevant trade experience).
  • Significant site management experience on residential projects.
  • Background in residential developments essential.
  • Knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and methodical nature.
  • Leadership skills and ability to use initiative.
