Job Description
As a Site Manager at Design Build Search, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations and ensuring the successful completion of residential construction projects. This involves leading subcontractors and labourers on site to achieve top-quality craftsmanship, coordinating with project managers, architects, and conservation specialists to deliver projects on schedule and to the highest standards, and evaluating workmanship and material standards against specifications, building regulations, and health and safety legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all site activities to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Supervise subcontractors and site workers to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Analyze and resolve on-site challenges efficiently, preserving the integrity of historic buildings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience as a Site Manager.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent knowledge of modern construction techniques and materials.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
