Job Description:

The Accounts Receivable Manager plays a critical role in the administration of aviation revenue, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collection of rent and maintenance reserve receivables.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and issue invoices for rental, maintenance reserves, and other charges.
  • Generate and present financial reports as required by management.
  • Work closely with internal teams to track and document customer account activities.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts receivable and bank statements to maintain financial integrity.
  • Oversee the processing of incoming payments, ensuring timely and accurate recording in financial systems.
  • Keep customer contact records up to date to facilitate effective communication.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve outstanding balances and address invoicing concerns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Financial Expertise:
  • Proficiency in handling financial transactions and reconciling accounts.
  • Previous experience in an accounts receivable or finance-related role, ideally within a fast-paced multinational environment or aviation sector.
  • Experience working with accounting software
