The primary function of the Accounts Receivable Manager revolves around overseeing the administration of aviation revenue, encompassing billing and collection of rent and maintenance reserve receivables. This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth financial operations of an organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing and issuing invoices for rental, maintenance reserves, and other charges.
  • Generate and present financial reports as required by management to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to track and document customer account activities, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts receivable and bank statements to maintain financial integrity and prevent any discrepancies.
  • Oversee the processing of incoming payments, ensuring timely and accurate recording in financial systems to meet business needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer contact records to facilitate effective communication and build strong relationships.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve outstanding balances and address invoicing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in handling financial transactions and reconciling accounts, utilizing accounting software and tools to streamline processes.
  • Previous experience in an accounts receivable or finance-related role, ideally within a fast-paced multinational environment or aviation sector, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
  • Experience working with accounting software to manage financial data and generate reports.
