Key Responsibilities

• Develop and build strong, long-lasting relationships with pharmacy customers and partners.

• Liaise with key decision makers to drive revenue growth for our independent pharmacy partners.

• Collaborate with the Procurement team to provide advice and feedback on inventory management.

• Manage the development of sales pipelines for Navi Products and Services.

• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop a personalized approach to Navi service sales.

• Improve commercial terms with current partners where possible.

• Manage customer contracts, loan agreements, and other legal engagements.

• Assist the Customer Service Team in communicating customer requirements throughout the business.

• Provide regular reports on market pricing and volumes, and other insights gained from customers.

• Review company practices to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

• Liaise and collaborate with internal teams to align annual financial objectives and meet KPIs.

• Lead continuous improvement processes for selling and operations functions.

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve board and shareholder goals.
