This role requires a skilled Clinical Nurse Manager 2 for a three-month agency placement based in a care centre.
- Job Summary:
- This is a clinical leadership position that involves managing patient care to ensure the highest professional standards using evidence-based practices.
- The successful candidate will provide high-level professional and clinical guidance, coordinate assessments, planning, delivery, and review of service user care by all staff in designated areas.
- They will also be responsible for providing safe, comprehensive nursing care to service users according to the Code of Professional Conduct as laid down by the Nursing Midwifery Board Ireland and Professional Clinical Guidelines.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Nursing or related field
