Care Centre Clinical Nurse Manager Role

Job Overview:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team in Co Longford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership:
- Lead patient care teams to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
- Nursing Practice:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, using evidence-based practice and care planning.
- Provide expert clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Education and Training:
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in nursing management, education, and research.
- Develop and deliver training programs for nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Health and Safety:
- Identify and mitigate risks to patient and staff safety.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies.
- Management:
- Exercise authority in the running of the assigned area(s).
- Supervise, coordinate, and deploy nursing and support staff to achieve optimal care delivery.
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Registration as a Registered Nurse (RNs) with Bord Altranais agus Cnáimhseachais na hÉireann (Nursing Midwifery Board Ireland).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
