We are seeking a Mid-Level Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients. If you are highly organized and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you.

Main Duties:

  1. Answer phone calls for our Dublin office and greet clients before their appointments.
  2. Organize post and DX, both incoming and outgoing.
  3. Perform various administrative tasks, including digital dictaphone typing when required.
  4. Prepare the boardroom for meetings and training.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
